Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing Ikhlas CronJob (ikcj.web.id), creating an account, or consuming our scheduler APIs and worker engines, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

This service is operated under the Ikhlas Digital Hub ecosystem to empower software engineers, DevOps teams, and technical organizations worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Ikhlas CronJob delivers reliable cloud infrastructure for automating outbound HTTP/HTTPS task executions, including:

• Scheduled HTTP request dispatches (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE) driven by standard UNIX cron expressions (* * * * *).
• Automated Keep-Alive maintenance pings for Supabase Free Tier databases to prevent 7-day dormancy pauses.
• Webhook triggers, background API synchronization, and automated service health checks.
• Real-time latency profiling in milliseconds, response status auditing, and SSL/TLS certificate validity tracking.

3. Account Registration & Credential Security

Access to CronJob management requires an active account with a verified email address.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to register and use this service.
• You are responsible for securing your passwords, MFA TOTP credentials, and WebAuthn Passkeys.
• All actions executed under your authenticated credentials are treated as authorized by you. Report any unauthorized access immediately.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

You strictly agree NOT to utilize the Ikhlas CronJob platform for:

• Cyberattacks & DDoS: Dispatching aggressive request floods targeting third-party servers without authorized permission.
• Malicious Traffic & Spam: Triggering unsolicited mass spam emails, phishing schemes, trojan distribution, or illegal data transfers.
• Platform Exploitation: Reverse-engineering, injecting hostile payloads, exploiting scheduler infrastructure, or bypassing system rate limits.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating patents, copyrights, or trade secrets of any legal entity.

5. Fair Use & Capacity Limits

To preserve equitable resource allocation across all developers, Ikhlas CronJob applies standard capacity rules:

• Execution timeout settings are bounded between 5 seconds and 120 seconds (default: 30s).
• Automatic retry attempts are capped at 3 retries per failed run to avoid cascade overload.
• We reserve the right to throttle or rate-limit jobs generating anomalous, service-degrading traffic volumes.

6. Service Availability & "AS IS" Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically, we do not warrant that:

• The scheduler will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without transient network delays.
• Target host endpoints or third-party webhooks will consistently accept and acknowledge requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by governing law, Ikhlas CronJob, Ikhlas Digital Hub, and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, data loss, or system outage resulting from missed or delayed webhook triggers.

8. Suspension & Account Termination

We reserve the right to pause individual jobs, suspend accounts, or revoke access immediately and without notice upon detection of terms violation or upon receiving credible abuse reports.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before submission to competent courts in Indonesia.
