• Automated Execution: Dispatching scheduled HTTP requests to your designated endpoints at precise cron intervals.
• Supabase Keep-Alive: Keeping free-tier Supabase projects active and preventing automatic 7-day dormancy pauses.
• Failure & SSL Alerting: Sending failure notifications and SSL/TLS certificate expiration notices.
• Security & Abuse Prevention: Mitigating denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attempts, spamming, and platform misuse.

4. Data Storage & Supabase Cloud Infrastructure

All account records, job configurations, execution logs, and avatar files are hosted on Supabase Inc. (PostgreSQL Database & Storage) cloud infrastructure.

• Row Level Security (RLS): Granular PostgreSQL RLS policies enforce complete isolation between users; no account can query or mutate another user's data.
• Encryption in Transit: All communication between browser, backend, and Supabase is protected via modern TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion

Your profile and configuration data persist while your account remains active. When you trigger permanent account deletion in Settings, your account, jobs, folder hierarchies, execution logs, and uploaded avatars are instantly and permanently wiped from Supabase database tables and storage buckets.

Ikhlas CronJob never sells, rents, or monetizes personal user data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.

Data is only processed through essential infrastructure providers:

• Supabase Inc.: Cloud database, authentication, and asset storage engine.
• Google Cloud Platform / Cloud Run: Secure serverless compute runtime for hosting and worker dispatching.

7. Cookie Policy

We utilize strictly necessary first-party cookies for security and functionality:

• ikcj_session: Encrypted user identity token for server-side Next.js route authorization.
• ikcj_theme: Preserves chosen Azure Mono UI theme (light / dark).
• ikcj_language: Preserves active language locale (en / id).
• sb-*-auth-token: Supabase Auth session token storage.

8. Your Data Rights & Choices

Under applicable international privacy regulations (including GDPR and APPI principles):

• Access & Rectification: Edit your display name, email, or avatar anytime via Account Settings.
• Right to Erasure: Delete your account and associated data completely and autonomously from Settings.
• Data Portability: Request an export copy of your stored configurations by emailing privacy@ikcj.web.id.
