Your Privacy Choices

You Maintain Full Sovereignty Over Your Data

At Ikhlas CronJob, privacy is a built-in feature of our core architecture. This page outlines the self-service controls available to manage, download, or completely erase your personal data.

1. Updating Profile Identity & Account Details

Open Settings

You hold complete autonomous control to inspect and update your account identity via Account Settings:

Display Name: Can be modified freely at any time.
Profile Photo (Avatar): Upload a new JPG, PNG, or WEBP photo (up to 2MB) stored in your isolated Supabase Storage folder.
Email Address: Can be updated via a dual confirmation email verification flow.

2. Configuring Execution Response History Logging

When setting up or updating any job via /jobs/create, you can decide whether HTTP response payloads should be saved into your database:

Option: "Save Response to History"

If your destination server returns proprietary or sensitive data, simply uncheck this setting. Our scheduler engine will only record technical execution metrics (HTTP status codes, latency duration in ms), completely discarding the response body from Supabase storage.

3. Requesting a Copy of Your Data (Data Portability)

While automated one-click export buttons are currently under active development, you have the full legal right to obtain a comprehensive copy of all data tied to your account in machine-readable JSON format.

To request your account data archive, send an email from your registered account address to:

Subject: "Personal Data Export Request - [Your Email]". Our team will verify ownership and deliver your archive within 3 business days.

4. Permanent Account & Data Erasure

Go to Delete Account

We fully respect your Right to be Forgotten. In Account Settings, you have access to the self-service "Permanent Account Deletion" feature without requiring manual support intervention.

Permanent Deletion Outcomes:

All your scheduled CronJobs are immediately purged from the worker execution pool.
Folder categories and execution logs are deleted from Supabase PostgreSQL tables.
Your avatar photo is permanently deleted from Supabase Storage buckets.
Your authentication identity is permanently removed from Supabase Auth. This operation is irreversible.

5. Managing Theme & Language Preferences

You can adjust your interface theme (Azure Mono Light / Dark) and active language (Indonesian / English) anytime via the top-bar controls or in Settings. Preferences are saved in local browser cookies and synced with your database profile when logged in.

6. No-Ad Tracking Guarantee

Ikhlas CronJob operates as a dedicated utility within the Ikhlas Digital Hub ecosystem. We do not embed third-party ad tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads) and we never sell your personal or job data to any commercial advertising broker.
